1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only when all of the following conditions are met:

- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- The item is returned in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories are included
- The item is not listed under the non-returnable items section below
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, safety, customization, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal-use items
- Hygiene-related items
- Earrings
- Beauty tools
- Opened or used fragrances
- Fragrances that are not in their original sealed condition
- Any item marked as final sale, non-returnable, or clearance at the time of purchase
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional credits
- Items damaged through misuse, mishandling, alteration, or improper care after delivery
If a product falls into any of these categories, it cannot be returned unless it arrived defective or incorrect.
3. No Refunds to Original Payment Method
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
For approved returns, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- An exchange for another item of equal value, subject to stock availability
- A gift card or store credit for the value of the approved returned item
Store credit or gift cards issued for returns are non-cash, non-transferable unless otherwise stated, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, you must complete and submit our Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery.
The Return Request Form must include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address or phone number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos, where applicable, especially if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once we review your submitted form, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Returns sent back without an approved Return Request Form may be refused.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item received was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
You are also responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for return. We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method where possible.
Original shipping charges, delivery fees, customs charges, duties, and similar non-product costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must submit a Return Request Form within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the issue
- Photos of the packaging, where relevant
If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the item
- Exchange the item
- Issue store credit
No additional return shipping cost will apply to approved claims involving items that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Condition Inspection and Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection once received. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee final acceptance if the returned item arrives in a condition that does not meet this policy.
If a returned item is found to be:
- Used
- Worn
- Damaged by the customer
- Missing tags, packaging, or accessories
- Ineligible under this policy
we reserve the right to reject the return or reduce the value of any store credit where appropriate and permitted.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:
- An alternative item of equal value
- Store credit for the approved amount
We do not guarantee that the exact requested replacement will be in stock at the time the return is processed.
9. Store Credit Terms
Where store credit is issued:
- It will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless we state otherwise
- It may only be used for future purchases on our store
- It cannot be redeemed for cash
- It may be subject to an expiration period if stated at the time of issue
- It may exclude shipping fees and other non-refundable charges
10. Refused Deliveries and Failed Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not qualify for a full return value. Any shipping, handling, redelivery, or return-to-sender charges may be deducted from the amount issued as store credit, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at checkout.
11. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
12. Late or Missing Return Requests
Any Return Request Form submitted after the 7-day return window will generally not be accepted, except where required by law or where we explicitly approve an exception in writing.
13. Promotional Items and Bundles
If a returned order included discounted items, promotional offers, bundles, or free gifts, the value of the promotion may be adjusted when processing the return.
Where applicable:
- The return value may be reduced to reflect the adjusted order total
- Free promotional items may also need to be returned if the qualifying items are returned
14. Chargebacks and Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, future returns, exchanges, or store credit in cases of suspected abuse of this policy, fraudulent claims, excessive return activity, or dishonest chargebacks.
15. Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Returned parcels lost in transit without tracking or proof of shipment
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography, screen display differences, or normal manufacturing variation, unless the item is materially different from what was ordered

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
